The Warehouse District located near Downtown West Palm Beach and PWM is currently being transformed into creative mixed used district by turning six industrial warehouses into restaurants, brewery, yoga studio, retail space and more. UPDATE (MARCH 2020): Elizabeth Ave Station has announced that they will be moving out of West Palm's Warehouse District to 512 Clematis Street which is currently an empty lot. Follow their Instagram @TheStationWPB for more information regarding their changes.

So far Grandview Public Market (a food fall), Elizabeth Ave Station (retail market & event space), Palm Beach Squash Club (single & double squash court), Studios Etc. (fitness classes), District Workspace (co-working space) are already open. Steel Tie Spirits Distillery, Steam Horse Brewing Company, Grain and Barrel Distillery and more will be opening soon and some spaces are still undetermined.

Getting to The Warehouse District is fairly easy, if you're not stay in Downtown you'll most likely be coming off I-95 South and turning into Mercer Drive which leads you to the Warehouse District. Our path took us by some homes and eventually once we started seeing the Warehouses we knew we were in the right location, so smart huh? ;)

There's a small parking lot by Caroline Street which connects to Grandview Public Market with an option for complimentary valet parking, but if that is full then there is a decent amount of street parking along Elizabeth and Clare Ave. and so far it's free, yay!

It was a scorching hot day when we visited, so we didn't take too much time exploring the area and figuring out what was open and what was not, but we managed to have lunch inside at Grandview then we took a walk to Elizabeth Ave Station.

Elizabeth Ave. Station makes me think of an Urban Outfitters, but filled with various curated goods from local creatives and makers. The other neat thing is that is doubles as event space that hosts live music, yoga sessions, workshops and summer Opera nights. The space is beautiful and definitely what some would consider "Instagram Worthy" - beautiful macrame hangings, soft pink walls, retro vibes, and a little Moroccan inspired area. I definitely couldn't help but snap a few pictures. Unfortunately this set-up was only temporary and is no longer available.
